Pulled Chicken “Street” Tacos
These tacos are one of my favorites and its not only good for tailgating and football parties but is great for Tuesday taco night. These tacos are a crowd pleaser for sure and Let’s face it who doesn’t like tacos? These tacos are so easy folks, once the chicken is done all you need to do is put out some great toppings and let your crew enjoy! These tacos are fun, easy and delicious.
Here We Go. This Is What You Will Need
2 Pounds ff skinless, boneless chicken breasts from your local butcher
Chop up 1/2 cup of green onion
2 Cups of your favorite salsa
1 10 oz Can of green chili enchilada sauce
Tacos shells or tortillas
Chopped black olives
Sliced avocado or guacamole
This Is How Its Put Together
In a mixing bowl combine the green chili sauce, onion and salsa and mix together.
Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken in the cooker.
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Put the lid on and cook on low for 5 hours or when chicken is done.
Remove the chicken and shred with a couple forks.
Put the chicken back in the cooker just to coat it.
Put out the chicken, the tortillas or taco shells and the remaining ingredients and let your party enjoy some fantastic chicken tacos.
Awesome Game Day Meatballs
Meatballs never disappoint and are fantastic for any party especially a football party. These meatballs are delicious and are so easy you and your guests will be sad when they are all gone.
Here is what you need
1 lb. Of ground beef
1/2 Cup of panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Egg, beaten
2 tbsp. Chopped chives
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Cup of ketchup
1/2 Cup of sweet chili sauce
1/2 Cup of brown sugar
2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
Putting it together
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, panko, chives, Worcestershire, eggs and garlic and stir until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper. Roll into 1” meatballs.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Place meatballs in cooker. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 4 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through.
Toss well with the sauce in the slow cooker before serving.
Garnish with chives and serve with toothpicks.
