Football Logo Slow Cooker Cheesecake
If you Like a good cheesecake then this is super easy and tastes yummy! I love cheesecake and if you do too, try this one.
What you need
Cooking spray, for pan
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 8-oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Grease a 6” springform pan and wrap tightly with two layers of foil. In a 6-quart slow cooker, pour 1” water. Create a foil circle and place the pan inside your slow cooker as a rack.
Make crust: In a large bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, butter, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Press into greased pan and set aside.
Make filling: In a large bowl using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream, flour, vanilla, and remaining 1/4 tsp. salt and beat until combined.
Pour your filling the over crust. Top slow cooker with three layers of paper towels and lid.
Cook on high for 2 hours, then turn off heat and let stand 1 hour.
Remove cheesecake from slow-cooker and remove foil from pan. Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
To make this even better try some raspberry or strawberry preserves on top. Don’t be afraid of some nice vanilla bean ice cream.
Football Logo Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 (6-oz.) pkg. (1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 quarts (8 cups) milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
Miniature chocolate chips
Peppermint candy, crushed or sticks
Assorted liqueurs and syrups
Mint chocolate chip squares, hole or crushed
Vanilla ice cream
In 3 1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker, combine unsweetened chocolate, chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk; mix well.
Cover; cook on High setting for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or until chocolate is melted.
With wire whisk, stir in 2 cups of the milk until smooth. Gradually stir in remaining 6 cups milk and vanilla.
Cover; cook on High setting an additional 2 hours or until hot.
Just before serving, stir mixture again with wire whisk. Reduce heat setting to Low; have guests ladle hot chocolate into cups and top with their favorite flavors.
Football Logo Slow Cookers Hot Buttered Rum
This is a fantastic holiday cocktail made better when assembled in your slow cooker.
2 cups packed dark brown sugar
½ cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground allspice
5 whole cloves
3 or 4 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla bean
8 cups hot water
2 or 3 cups rum
In slow cooker, mix all Hot Buttered Rum ingredients except rum. Cover; cook on Low heat setting for about 2 hours or until warm.
Stir in rum. Serve in glasses or mugs topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle each of ground nutmeg and cinnamon.
If you’re having a party keep slow cooker on low so your guests can enjoy warm drinks all evening long.
